<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminated film excellent particularly in steam barrier property and dimensional stability. <P>SOLUTION: The gas barrier laminated film is obtained by forming a gas barrier layer 2 comprising the silicon oxide shown by SiOxCy on at least one surface of a base material layer 1 comprising a plastic film having the thermal expansion coefficientαs satisfying 20 ppm/°C≤αs≤200 ppm/°C and the humidity expansion coefficientβs satisfying 10 ppm/%RH≤βs≤30 ppm/%RH. The value of x in the SiOxCy of the gas barrier layer 2 satisfies 1.5≤x≤2.0 and the value of y in the SiOxCy of the gas barrier layer 2 satisfies 0.05≤y≤0.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
