<p>The knitted fabric of the present invention is knitted fabric which is not stuffy and is comfortable during insensible perspiration or slight perspiration, which even after considerable perspiration due to exercise etc. does not make the wearer feel sticky, wet, or cold because of the sweat, and which has a satisfactory texture and excellent wear resistance. The knitted fabric comprises 5-25 wt.% cellulosic filaments and 75-95 wt.% synthetic fibers, and is characterized in that in at least one surface A thereof, the proportion of the area occupied by the cellulosic filaments to the overall area of the knitted fabric in the region of the knitted fabric which ranges to a depth of 0.13 mm is 0.2-15% and that surface A to which moisture was imparted in an amount of 200 g/m 2 has a degree of coldness to the touch of 180-330 W/m 2 ·C.</p> |
