An apparatus is described for endovascularly replacing a patient's heart valve. The apparatus comprises an expandable anchor (30) supporting a replacement valve (20). The anchor (30) has a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration. At least one sac (200) is disposed about the exterior of the anchor (30) to provide a seal.
