Disclosed is a technological means for controlling an IT ecosystem comprising multiple participant systems. A control device expresses the IT ecosystem by using a metamodel; adapts to situations by reconfiguring the participant system for the participant systems included in the IT ecosystem to perform proper tasks; and dynamically modifies the structure of the participant system for components or behaviors to adapt to newly inputted requests or restrictions to be added, wherein the device expresses the IT ecosystem as an interactive multi-agent organization by utilizing the capability of each participant system by using the metamodel.
