Provided are a composition for a light diffusing anti-glare film which has a front transmission clarity of at least 100% and a surface diffusion contrast of at least 200%, a light diffusing anti-glare film formed thereby, and a polarizer and a liquid crystal display device having the light diffusing anti-glare film. The light diffusing anti-glare film is excellent in sharpness, and surface diffusion and front transmission haze clarity are high.
