PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve readhesion to a panel base material and suppression of warpage at an outer peripheral edge of a front cloth together by composing an outer surface adhesive layer for making a lining material adhere to the panel base material of an adhesive having re-peelability and by joining the outer peripheral edge of the front cloth and an outer peripheral edge of the lining material.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 12 used by coating a surface of the panel base material 11 has the front cloth 13 including a decorative surface decorated by coating the surface of the panel base material 11, the lining material 14 arranged on the rear surface side of the front cloth 13, and an outer surface adhesive layer 15 for making the rear surface of the lining material 14 adhere to the panel base material 11. The outer surface adhesive layer 15 is composed of the adhesive having the re-peelability, and joins the peripheral edge of the front cloth 13 and the peripheral edge of the lining material 14. |
