<p>A packaging and applicator device for applying a cosmetic composition, including an applicator with a stem and an applicator endpiece that is carried by the stem; and a container containing the composition for application, and having a body, an outer neck for fastening the applicator on the container; and an inner sleeve that is molded integrally with the neck, the sleeve having first and second portions that extend consecutively towards the bottom wall of the container, with a change in slope between the two portions, the first portion extending without contact with the stem, and the second portion coming into leaktight contact with at least one of the applicator endpiece and the distal half of the stem when the applicator is in place on the container.</p> |
