A dual online liquid chromatography apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a first pump which injects a first solvent or a mixed solution containing the first solvent and a second solvent; a second pump which injects the first solvent or the mixed solution containing the first solvent and the second solvent; a sample inflow valve which is connected to the first pump and a sample injecting unit for injecting a sample; a column selecting valve which is connected to the second pump and the sample inflow valve; and a dual column valve whose one end is connected to the column selecting valve and the other side is connected to a first column and a second column, wherein the dual column has multiple ports. The dual online liquid chromatography apparatus can continuously perform analysis without being influenced by the dead time for which the analysis data cannot be obtained in the process of equilibrating the column.
