<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulating apparatus capable of uniformly regulating a temperature of a fluid supplied from a fluid supply device when the temperature of the fluid changes. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid temperature regulating apparatus 40 regulates a temperature of a fluid supplied from a fluid supply device 30 to a desirable temperature. The fluid temperature regulating apparatus 40 includes a temperature regulator 20 regulating the temperature of a heat medium, a heat exchanger 10 performing heat exchange between the fluid supplied from the fluid supply device 30 and the heat medium supplied from the temperature regulator 20, and a reservoir 22 disposed upstream or downstream the heat exchanger and temporarily storing the fluid supplied from the fluid supply device or the heat exchanger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
