<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the improvement of working efficiency by reducing the load of a worker and to enable the efficient and high yield performance of scale removal on fishes of which scale removing works are troublesome. <P>SOLUTION: A scale-removing knife is provided by having a knife body 2 in which a rotary shaft 18 at a holding body 16 side is inserted/removed at a shaft-fitting hole 7 formed as an opening at a tip end surface by using the one directional side of the shaft direction as a base end region part 5, and a knife part 3 consisting of a plurality of projected parts in shaft direction, formed as arranged by an equal interval in circumferential direction at an outer circumferential part by making another side of the shaft direction as a knife part-forming region part 6, and forming the knife part 3 as a slope side surface by imparting a rake angleαto the first side surface 9 of moving direction side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
