<p>The invention concerns a press felt suction device. The suction device comprises a tubular body (1) extending in a transversal direction across the felt web (3) and is equipped with a suction slot arrangement (2) extending over the length of the body and being in contact with the felt, and the inside of the body is connected with an exhaust suction apparatus. The exhaust suction is directed to the inside of the tubular body (1) partitioned (4, 7) over the length of the tubular body. The suction device has means (6, 8) for deflecting the direction of the suction flow in the vicinity of the point of action of the exhaust suction, and at least one water draining connection (5) is located in the tubular body below the action point of the exhaust suction.</p> |
