The present invention relates to a target object recognizing technology, more specifically, to a method for receiving a scattered signal through a distributed sensor by using an active sonar signal or a radar signal in an active target identifying field to recognize a target object and a device thereof. The method comprises: a signal inputting step of receiving a receiving signal from a target; a detecting step of detecting a partial Fourier transfer area existing in a target signal; an extracting step of extracting a feature vector from the detected partial Fourier transfer area; and a target recognizing step of recognizing the target about the feature vector extracted by using a recognizer. |
