Provided is a deburring apparatus comprising: upper and lower rail frames arranged on a base to be able to simultaneously and automatically remove a sharp edge or burr formed on both side surfaces of a workpiece; a holding means for vertically holding the workpiece on one side of the upper and lower rail frames; a pair of deburring modules installed to be able to reciprocate on the upper and lower rail frames to the held workpiece, and deburring either or both side surfaces of the workpiece simultaneously in a vertical direction; a chamber means installed on the outer side surfaces of the deburring modules to block the exposure of the workpiece while reciprocating and prevent dust and noise, which are generated during a deburring operation, from being transmitted to the outside. Accordingly, production costs can be reduced by maximizing the efficiency of a deburring operation in a short time, the reliability of a product can be enhanced owing to a uniformly processed surface, and a working environment can be kept clean and pleasant. |
