<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for microwave heating with a simple configuration which allows a package bag to be held with its opening part kept upward when the bag is once opened, a food material or the like is put into the bag, and then the bag is microwave heated. <P>SOLUTION: When a food material is added to content 4 filled in an inner bag 1 and they are heated and cooked, the lid part 40 of an outer box 20 is folded back toward a front panel 21 via a hinge line 37. The bottom seal part 3c of the inner bag 1 is brought into contact with the inside of the left face panel 23b of the outer box 20, and the opening part 9 side is extended upward along the back of the lid part 40.
