<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning method and an air conditioner which are capable of equalizing temperature distribution in the entire of a room.SOLUTION: An air conditioning method with blowing out air-conditioned air from an outlet port into a habitable room and taking in air in the habitable room from an intake port to condition the air in the habitable room, includes blowing out air-conditioned cooling air from an upper portion of a side wall of the habitable room toward a ceiling wall to cool the ceiling wall for air-conditioning. An air conditioner is constituted by providing a lower portion of the air conditioner with an outlet port blowing out air obliquely upward.</p> |
