<p>The clean room system (10) has an air conditioning unit (12), a pressurizing unit (14), a sensor unit (16) that measures clean room parameter, and a control unit (18) that receives the values measured by the sensor unit. The control unit controls and/or regulates the air-conditioning unit and the pressurizing unit jointly. The control unit is provided for recording portion of the values measured by the sensor unit. A user interface unit (20) is connected to the control unit in operating mode. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a control unit of clean room system; and (2) a method for operating clean room system.</p> |
