The present invention relates to an inner solid fuel removing device of a useless shell used by being installed in a CNC milling machine. The inner solid fuel removing device of the useless shell rapidly and accurately performs clamping and unclamping of the useless shell wherein a solid fuel is filled when a connection unit connected to a warhead and a detonator unit is cut on a shell disposed when not being in use. The present invention provides an inner solid fuel removing device of a useless shell which prevents the solid fuel from being dispersed during a work process. In other words, the inner solid fuel removing device which treats the solid fuel filled in the useless shell wherein the connection unit connected to the warhead and the detonator unit cut in the shell not in use and wasted, comprises: a support body fixated to a CNC milling machine table; a support erected on both sides of the support body to face each other; a support shaft rotated by being supported on a bearing installed in the support on both sides; a rotating unit rotating the support shaft by being installed in the support on one side; and a clamping unit clamping the useless shell by being installed between the support shafts on both sides. An injection hole is formed on a side in a tool of the CNC milling machine, and the cooling water is injected by being connected to a fluid path formed on a center of a tool shaft. |
