Disclosed is an apparatus to support a weight capable of adjusting a height. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus to support the weight capable of adjusting the height comprises: a support part supporting the weight; an upper rail connected to the support part, on which a route is formed in a horizontal direction; a cross bar installed for each upper end thereof to horizontally move along the upper rail; an auto elevating unit allowing the support part to be elevated by providing an external force to the cross bar; and a lower rail inserted into an other end of the cross bar, and fixated on the floor to move in the horizontal direction.
