The present application relates to a sealing film, and an organic electronic device including the same, and provides: the sealing film effectively blocking moisture or oxygen introduced from the outside to the organic electronic device, and having satisfactory light diffusion and extraction effects; and the organic electronic device. The sealing film comprises: a sealing resin; a hygroscopic filler 1 to 40 parts by weight; a non-hygroscopic filler 1 to 10 parts by weight; and a sealing layer having the water vapor permeability of 50 g/m^2·day or smaller to the thickness direction in a state of being cured to the thickness of 100 μm, represents the light transmittance of 80% or more on the visible light range, and in which the haze is 50% or more.
