摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a biological water treatment apparatus capable of efficiently executing denitrification and phosphorus purge and of securing favorable water quality.SOLUTION: The provided controller includes: an inflow phosphorus content sensing means for sensing the phosphorus content of a body of treatment target water streaming out of a system into a preliminary sedimentation basin; an oxygen-free tank inflow water volume adjustment signal output means for outputting a signal for setting, at a specified value according with the output value of the inflow phosphorus content sensing means, the inflow volume of bypassing treatment target water flowing out of the preliminary sedimentation basin into an oxygen-free tank by bypassing without passing an anaerobic tank; and an oxygen-free tank inflow water volume adjustment means configured in-between the preliminary sedimentation basin and the oxygen-free tank for adjusting the inflow volume of the bypassing treatment target water flowing into the oxygen-free tank depending on the output value of the oxygen-free tank inflow water volume adjustment signal output means, whereas the oxygen-free tank inflow water volume adjustment signal output means outputs a signal depending on the difference of the output value of the inflow phosphorus content sensing means and a reference value.</p>
