Disclosed are a liquid oxygen tank for a submarine, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the liquid oxygen tank for a submarine comprising: an internal wall storing liquid oxygen in an enclosed space therein; an external wall spaced from the internal wall to be formed outside; and a different type of filling material filled in a space between the internal wall and the external wall, and compressed to be formed as a glass bubble and a glass wool mixed at a predetermined rate.
