Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a light emitting device with a heat radiation structure. The method for manufacturing the light emitting device with the heat radiation structure includes the steps of: providing a growth substrate; forming a plurality of holes connecting one side and the other side thereof on the growth substrate; forming a heat conduction part in each hole; forming a light emitting unit on one side of the growth substrate; and forming a heat radiation unit on the other side of the growth substrate.
