FLY-EYE LENS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND LENS MOLD MANUFACTURING APPARATUS APPLYING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an integrated lens. The method includes the steps of: coating a first material in a sticky liquid phase onto multiple screen units having through-holes spaced apart from each other in the horizontal and vertical directions to fill the through-holes in the sticky state by the surface tension; curing and hardening the first material having arc curvature from the edge of the through-holes near the screen units to the center of the through-hole spaced apart from the screen units by the surface tension and gravity in the through-holes of the screen units to form a mold; injecting a second material to the mold to form a lens and curing the second material to form a lens body; and separating the lens body from the mold. The present invention can change the curvature of the mold variously according to the viscosity adjustment of the materials filling the through-holes of the screen.
