The present invention relates to a rubberized asphalt-based waterproof sheet. More specifically, provided is a rubberized asphalt-based waterproof sheet, which ensures to have stable adhesive force on a concrete surface by separately forming an elastic supporting layer with high viscosity and an expanded layer with low viscosity to be perpendicular to each other on a bottom part of a protecting layer. Moreover, expansion pressure can be generated in the low viscosity expanded layer inside the high viscosity elastic supporting layer due to earth pressure created by refilling sediment or covering concrete, and thus the low viscosity expanded layer intrudes into a contacting part or a damaged part (tearing). Therefore, it is possible to prevent spread of leakage and to automatically perform a self-repairing function for the damaged part, thereby providing a stable waterproof performance and ensuring convenient maintenance.
