The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a fish-shaped bun. More specifically, the present invention comprises: upper and lower forming frames which are vertically separated while both ends thereof are inserted into and coupled to ascending guide bars stood on both sides of a main body table, and in which a plurality of fish-shaped bun shapes are formed inside; a flexible hose for feeding dough connected to a divider connected to a kneading trough to feed dough and bean starch to the inside of the upper and lower forming frames; a flexible hose for feeding bean starch connected to a divider connected to a bean starch trough; and a casing body for transportation in which the upper and lower forming frames, flexible hose for feeding dough, and flexible hose for feeding bean starch are inserted and fixated. The apparatus for manufacturing a fish-shaped bun is configured to manufacture the fish-shaped bun by a series of following automated processes: when a cylinder is operated by a program inputted to a control unit, the casing body for transportation moves toward the upper and lower forming frames while an opening and closing guide protrusion, protruding from a front end of the casing body for transportation, is inserted between the upper and lower forming frames to lift the upper forming frame; the flexible hose for feeding dough and the flexible hose for feeding bean starch sequentially feed dough and bean starch; the upper and lower forming frames are heated by an electric heating element after the casing body for transportation is returned to an original position; the casing body for transportation moves between the upper and lower forming frames when the fish-shaped buns are completely baked to lift the upper forming frame; the fish-shaped buns are naturally separated toward the upper surface of the casing body for transportation, since fixing pins, protruding from the inside of the upper forming frame, are placed inside the fish-shaped buns and are towed together when the casing for transportation touches the fish-shaped buns while passing through the fish-shaped buns; the fish-shaped buns continuously move forward and fall into a slope guide placed in front of the upper and lower forming frames; and the fish-shaped buns are collected into a collecting body placed on a front side of the main body. |
