The present invention relates to a juice extractor having excellent extraction efficiency. The juice extractor of the present invention comprises: a filter having a moisture separating unit having a particular length while an object having a particular thickness is spirally wound, wherein a gap is formed between spirally wound parts, so liquid is discharged, and an extraction object is fed in a hole formed by being spirally wound; and a filter rotation means for rotating the filter at high speed, so the extraction object disposed in the hole is pressed in a part having the hole of the filter by means of centrifugal force to separate moisture. According to the present invention, fruits or the like are extracted in a non-heating type, and extraction efficiency is excellent. A sieve is not blocked, and extraction is performed while a separate filter needs not to be used. |
