Disclosed is a portable surface treatment device. The portable surface treatment device of the present invention comprises: a housing; an actuator formed in the housing, generating vibration at a preset frequency; a hitting tool repeatedly hitting a surface of a structure to be surface-treated by receiving vibrations generated by the actuator; a power sensor unit measuring power applied by a worker while the hitting tool is in contact with the surface of the structure; and a controller cutting off power applied to the actuator in accordance to a measurement result of the power sensor unit.
