Such compounds are effective for treating various diseases. For example, the disease can be mediated by the c-met or ron kinases. For example, the disease can be cancer or a proliferation disease. For example, the disease can be lung, colon, breast, prostate, liver, pancreas, brain, kidney, ovaries, stomach, skin, and bone cancers, gastric, breast, pancreatic cancer, glioma, and hepatocellular carcinoma, papillary renal carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
