发明名称 Glass melting furnace
摘要 The present invention relates to a glass meting furnace comprising a channel-shaped melting tank, the batch materials being introduced at an upstream end, the molten glass being recovered at the downstream end, said furnace being heated by means of burners, in which the combustion energy is produced by oxy-fuel combustion in respect of at least 65% thereof, the burners being distributed on the walls along the length of the furnace, in which flue gas discharge is mostly localized close to the upstream end near the openings through which the batch materials are introduced, the rest of the flue gas being removed close to the downstream part so as to maintain dynamic sealing with respect to the surrounding atmosphere.

主权项 1. A glass melting furnace comprising: a channel shaped melting tank, having an upstream end where a batch material is introduced and a downstream end where a molten glass is recovered; burners distributed on walls along a length of the furnace; at least one first flue gas discharge opening upstream of all of the burners near openings through which the batch material is introduced; at least one second flue gas discharge opening downstream of all of the burners; and at least one heat exchange unit comprising a double heat exchange system, wherein the at least one heat exchange unit is fluidly connected to the at least one the first flue gas discharge opening, wherein at least 65% of combustion energy is produced by oxy fuel combustion, wherein at least 65% of a flue gas is removed from the furnace through the at least one first flue gas discharge opening and a remainder of the flue gas is removed through the at least one second flue gas discharge opening so as to maintain dynamic sealing with respect to the surrounding atmosphere, wherein the at least 65% of the flue gas is directed to the at least one heat exchange unit to heat at least one of the oxygen used in the furnace and the fuel used in the furnace, and wherein the flue gas is discharged only upstream and downstream of all of the burners.
