The present invention relates to a vent cap of a syringe which is used while being coupled to the disposable syringe used in the medical field. The vent cap is coupled to the syringe to link the inside of a vial to the outside air without generating a negative pressure inside the vial when the injection fluid in the vial is injected or the injection fluid is sucked into the vial, thereby ensuring the smooth injection and suction of the injection fluid. The vent cap includes: a tube housing which has a through inside space having the front and back side open; a hub fixing unit which has a through inside space having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of a hub to enable the hub of the syringe to be inserted to the back side of the housing and enable the air to pass through when the hub is inserted; a middle unit which is extended to be linked to the hub fixing unit; a vial insertion unit which is formed to be extended and linked to the middle unit and is capable of being inserted to the vial; and a syringe needle insertion path which enables the syringe needle to be inserted into the vial insertion unit and enables the air to pass through when the syringe needle is inserted by having a through inner space having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the syringe needle. |
