Provided is an emergency power supply system, which includes: a plurality of power plants which are located on land, and produce power; a power transmission line which supplies the power produced by the power plant to a demander; and at least one floating power generating facility which moves in the sea or rivers, and produces power to supply the power to the power transmission line.
