A display apparatus includes a substrate, a passivation layer which is provided on the substrate and regions with two different thicknesses, a first electrode which is provided on the passivation layer and includes two sub electrodes which are separated by a slit which is extended in one direction, a light emitting layer which is provided on the first electrode, and a second electrode which is provided on the light emitting layer. Both ends of the slit have a thinner thickness on the passivation layer in the view of a plane.
