Provided is an impeller assembly having a balance weight integrally protruding from a balancing plug to a hollow part of an impeller shaft to balance the impeller assembly to accurately maintain balance by a simple structure and a simple method without additionally processing the impeller shaft or an impeller which is an original product. The impeller assembly is not exposed to the outside.
