a processor; and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having stored thereon executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to effectuate operations comprising:
accessing information associated with a mobile device, the information associated with the mobile device comprising a first data usage for a first data session associated with the mobile device;predicting a second data usage for a second data session associated with the mobile device based on an analysis of the information associated with the mobile device; andproviding instructions to configure a network resource for the mobile device based on the predicted second data usage for the second data session associated with the mobile device.
