The present invention relates to a gradually progressing language analysis device and a method and a device for gradually progressing natural language conversation by using the same. The gradually progressing language analysis device includes: a first morpheme analysis unit which divides gradually progressing text units input into morpheme units and adding a dummy morpheme next to the last morpheme of the gradually progressing text units; a second morpheme analysis unit generating part-of-speech information regarding the morphemes; and a syntax analysis unit which generates information regarding the relationship between the morphemes based on the part-of-speech information. The device for the gradually progressing natural language conversation includes: a gradually progressing voice recognition unit which detects a natural language utterance and converts the utterance to text in order to generate the gradually progressing text units; a gradually progressing language analysis unit which divides the gradually progressing text units to morpheme units, adds the dummy morpheme next to the last morpheme of the gradually progressing text units, and generates the part-of-speech information and relationship information; and a gradually progressing conversation management unit which analyzes the gradually progressing text units and determines a response corresponding to the gradually progressing text units.
