According to the present invention, provided is a system for managing dehydrated cake yield generated in a wastewater treatment plant, which comprises a data calling part calling data needed for management of dehydrated cake yield of the wastewater treatment plant from a database storing an inflow/discharge water quality data and process management data; a dehydrated cake yield diagnosing part grouping the dehydrated cake yield of the wastewater treatment plant by applying a multivariate analytic technique for the called data by receiving the called data from the data calling part, and determining to which group the dehydrated cake currently generated belongs for the grouped result; a dehydrated caked yield changing part providing past driving cases minimizing change in driving by inducing minimum distance between each sorted group, when wanting to drive in a low level of the dehydrated cake yield as the diagnosis result induced from the dehydrated cake yield diagnosis part; and a dehydrated cake reducing driving condition application part applying a driving condition changed by the dehydrated cake yield changing part to each actuator of the waste water treatment plant.
