Disclosed is a power generating facility using a remaining kinetic energy of a fluid of a building pipe. The disclosed power generating facility comprises: a building pipe to make fluids of cool and warm water, and water to flow wherein the building pipe is installed in a building; a U-shaped bypass pipe wherein both ends of the U-shaped bypass pipe are connected to the building pipe to make the fluids flowing in the building pipe to bypass; a turbine unit with an impeller to generate a rotating force from the fluids flowing in the bypass pipe wherein the turbine unit is installed in the bypass pipe; at least one power generator to generate electricity by receiving the rotating force of the impeller; and a control unit to supply electricity generated from the power generator to the building wherein the control unit is electrically connected to the power generator. |
