The present invention relates to a float glass plate (1), and a manufacturing method of a float of a float glass plate (1) in a drawing zone (9) having a float bath (10) and an annealing lehr (12). More specifically in the present invention, a molten glass is continuously supplied to an upper side of a molten metal (13); a glass ribbon (14) having a thickness (d) is formed by drawing the molten glass in a drawing direction (8); a side surface of a tin bath (15) faces the molten metal (13); an upper side surface (16) of the tin bath faces the molten metal (13) apart from thereof; the glass ribbon (14) is cooled along the float bath (10); the glass ribbon is lifted from the molten metal (13), and additionally, transferred through the annealing lehr (12). Furthermore, the glass ribbon (14) has two border regions along a close edge; the border regions are extended from the close edge toward the center of the ribbon; a useful region is arranged therebetween; the glass ribbon (14) has a temperature(ttop) on the upper side surface (16) and a temperature (tbottom) on the tin bath side surface (15); a temperature in the bottom of the annealing lehr is represented by tfloor; a temperature in the ceiling of the annealing lehr is represented by tceiling. Thus, in a part (a) of the drawing zone where the temperature (ttop) of the upper side surface (16) is decreased from tg+20 k to tg-20 k, the temperature (ttop) of the upper side surface (16) in every location (x) among the useful area of the glass ribbon (14) is greater than the temperature (tbottom) of the tin bath side surface (15). |
