The present invention relates to a solar cell which includes a substrate, a first electrode layer which is formed on the substrate, a light absorption layer which is formed on the first electrode layer and includes S and Se, and a second electrode layer which is formed on the light absorption layer. An S/(S+Se) value is a ratio of S to (S+Se) in the light absorption layer. The S/(S+Se) value near the first electrode layer is lower than the S/(S+Se) value near the second electrode layer. |
