The present invention relates to a device for adjusting a horizontal plate by using a piezoelectric element. According to the present invention, the device, which adjusts the horizontal plate by using the piezoelectric element, includes: a base; four piezoelectric element units installed on the base in a vertical direction; four hinge units which are installed on the upper part of the base to change and amplify the displacement of the piezoelectric element units in the lengthwise direction to angular displacement; and the horizontal plate which is installed on top of the four hinge units through connection members. |
