The present invention relates to a releasable characteristics assessment apparatus in the grinding of a material. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the releasable characteristics assessment apparatus used for objectively and accurately assessing the releasable characteristics of asbestos fibers in a grinding process after spraying a stabilizer for preventing content materials like the asbestos fibers from being scattered with regard to various construction materials of sprayed fire resistive materials, ceiling materials, and roof materials. For achieving the purpose, disclosed is the releasable characteristics assessment apparatus in the grinding of the material which includes a chamber which includes an inner space which is sealed, an object holder which is installed on the upper side of the inner space of the chamber and mounts an object which is a material specimen of a test target, a dropping device which is installed on the upper side of the inner space of the chamber and grinds the object by dropping a falling weight on the object mounted on the object holder, an electric fan for scattering the scattering materials included in the object in the grinding of the object through a ventilation in the inner space of the chamber, and a collecting device which collects the scattering materials which are scattered in the air by sucking the inner air of the chamber. |
