The present invention relates to a trampoline for twist rotating and jumping. The trampoline of the present invention allows a user to continuously rotate in the same direction at a bottom dead center, and to rotate while converting the direction of rotation at a top dead center. In addition, the trampoline of the present invention has a strong and simple configuration which allows the user to jump without a configuration having a plurality of connectors while determining the top dead center by itself according to the level of the user, thereby improving durability and reducing manufacturing costs. |
