The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polarizing member including a locally decolorized area comprising the following steps of: providing a polarizing member including a polyvinyl alcohol-based polarizer in which at least one from iodine and dichroic dye is aligned in a predetermined direction; partially decolorizing the polyvinyl alcohol-based polarizer by contacting a decolorizing solution with one surface of the polyvinyl alcohol-based polarizer through a printing method; and correcting an exterior of the partially decolorized polarizing member.
