The present invention relates to a soybean paste and a method for manufacturing the same wherein a ripened soybean paste is mixed with rice bran powder, cabbages, a broccoli product, etc appropriately, and then is ripened again to manufacture the soybean paste with low salinity. The soybean paste has enhanced taste and palatability and can be used as food for promoting health of consumers as the soybean paste helps bowel movements. |
