摘要 The present invention relates to a battery cell. The battery cell has an electrode assembly mounted on a storage unit of a battery case. The electrode assembly includes: positive and negative electrodes formed by coating an active material on current collectors; unit cells having a laminate structure formed by membranes arranged between the positive and negative electrodes; and a separation film continuously winding the unit cells. The electrode assembly employs a structure formed by sequentially winding the first unit cell to the n-th unit cell to make the (n-1)-th and n-th unit cells to be arranged on the outermost edge of the electrode assembly while the first unit cell is arranged in the center of the electrode assembly in the laminating direction of the unit cells when the unit cells of an even number n are arranged on the separation film having a length longer than the width of the separation film. The first and n-th unit cells have a structure including electrodes having different polarity arranged on both ends of the unit cells. The rest of the unit cells have a structure including individual electrodes having the same polarity arranged on both ends of the unit cells.
