Provided are an orifice device and a tuned liquid column damper comprising the same, which can lead optimal damping effects by actively controlling an opening ratio of an orifice device, and which comprises: a body unit equipped with an opening unit installed inside a tuned liquid column damper for enabling the fluid filled inside the tuned liquid column damper to flow; and an opening ratio control unit equipped with at least one shaft installed on the body unit and at least one control block for controlling an opening ratio of the opening unit by rotating around the shaft as a central axis. |
