发明名称 Solid-state image sensor
摘要 A solid-state image sensor comprising a pixel array in which a plurality of pixels are arrayed in a matrix having a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns, wherein the pixel array includes a first wiring layer and a second wiring layer arranged above the first wiring layer, the first wiring layer includes first column signal lines arranged at the respective columns of the pixel array, and the second wiring layer includes second column signal lines arranged at the respective columns of the pixel array.

主权项 1. A solid-state image sensor including a pixel array in which a plurality of pixels are arrayed in a matrix having a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns, comprising: a first photoelectric conversion portion provided in a first pixel; a second photoelectric conversion portion provided in the first pixel; a third photoelectric conversion portion provided in a second pixel, the second pixel being located in a column in which the first pixel is located and in a row differing from a row in which the first pixel is located; a fourth photoelectric conversion portion provided in the second pixel; a first wiring layer including first column signal lines which correspond to each of the respective plurality of columns; a second wiring layer, arranged above the first wiring layer, including second column signal lines which correspond to each of the respective plurality of columns; a color filter, corresponding to both the first photoelectric conversion portion and the second photoelectric conversion portion, through which an incident light passes to the first photoelectric conversion portion and the second photoelectric conversion portion; and a microlens, corresponding to both the first photoelectric conversion portion and the second photoelectric conversion portion, configured to guide an incident light to the first photoelectric conversion portion and the second photoelectric conversion portion, wherein the first column signal lines include at least two column signal lines for outputting each of signals from the first photoelectric conversion portion and the second photoelectric conversion portion, and the second column signal lines include at least two column signal lines for outputting each of signals from the third photoelectric conversion portion and the fourth photoelectric conversion portion.
