ORGANIC NANOQUENCHER BASED ON CONJUGATED POLYMER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
摘要
The present invention relates to an organic nanoquencher based on a conjugated polymer responding to an in vivo oxidation-reduction reaction and a producing method thereof. A pH responsive quencher according to the present invention can evaluate a metabolism environment according to a pH value in vivo with a characteristic that an absorption wavelength band sensitively changes depending on a pH condition. Therefore, it is used as a bioprobe which can effectively measure an early diagnosis and prognosis of a malignant tumor by easily and multiply detecting an in vivo oxidation-reduction reaction discovered in many of various metastatic cancers.
