A system for facilitating deployment of an endoluminal prosthesis may include a main tubular graft body including a proximal end opening, a distal end opening, a lumen, and a sidewall. A branch may extend from the sidewall and may include a first end opening, a second end opening, and a lumen. A fenestration may be disposed in the sidewall and positioned distal of the second end opening of the branch. A wire segment may include a proximal portion positioned proximal of the proximal end opening and a distal portion positioned distal of the distal end opening. The wire segment extend through the fenestration and through the lumen of the branch in a preloaded configuration.

1. A system for facilitating deployment of an endoluminal prosthesis, the system comprising:
a main tubular graft body of a biocompatible material comprising a proximal end opening, a distal end opening, a lumen extending longitudinally between the proximal end opening and the distal end opening, and a sidewall; a branch extending from the sidewall and comprising a first end opening, a second end opening, and a lumen extending between the first end opening and the second end opening of the branch; a fenestration in the sidewall positioned distal of the second end opening of the branch; and a wire segment comprising a proximal portion positioned proximal of the proximal end opening and a distal portion positioned distal of the distal end opening, the wire segment extending through the fenestration and through the lumen of the branch in a preloaded configuration.
