The present invention relates to a hinge mounting structure of a tail gate for a vehicle and, more specifically, to a hinge mounting structure of a tail gate for a vehicle, which can improve deflection rigidity of a tail gate and increase water tightness and draining properties of a roof panel in a vehicle body. According to the present invention, provided is the hinge mounting structure of a tail gate for a vehicle. A hinge mounting bracket is formed between a hinge unit of a tail gate and a vertical surface of a roof reinforcement member wherein the hinge unit is mounted. An upper side surface of the hinge mounting bracket is bonded to be sealed with a rear flange of a roof panel formed in an upper portion of the roof reinforcement member. A lower side surface of the hinge mounting bracket is bonded to be sealed with a vertical flange of a panel member attached to a horizontal surface of the roof reinforcement member. |
